Questions & answers
FAQ
How do I order a print?
Browse the gallery, open a photograph, choose your size, paper and framing, and add it to your cart. At checkout you leave your contact and delivery details and place the order. No payment is taken on the site — I'll then contact you to arrange it.
How does payment work?
Payment is arranged directly with me after you place your order — cash in person or by FIB transfer. Once your order is in, I'll be in touch using the details you provided to confirm the amount and arrange payment. Your print is made only after payment is confirmed.
Why isn't there an online card payment?
Paying directly (cash or FIB transfer) is a common and trusted way to buy online in Iraq, and it keeps things simple and personal. It also means no card details are ever entered or stored on the site.
What sizes, paper and framing can I choose?
Prints are available in several sizes, on fine-art paper, framed or unframed. You can see the full options and the exact price for each combination on any photo's page and on the Print info page.
Are the prints made to order?
Yes. Every print is produced individually after your order and payment are confirmed, so there's no stock limit — but please allow a little time for printing and, if chosen, framing.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Delivery is available within [Kurdistan Region / all Iraq — confirm]. Prints are typically ready and delivered within [e.g. 5–10 days] after payment is confirmed. Pickup may also be possible by arrangement. I'll confirm timing and any delivery fee when we arrange your order.
Do you ship internationally?
[If you offer international shipping, describe it here. Otherwise: At the moment I deliver within Iraq — if you're abroad and would like a print, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.]
Can I return a print?
Because each print is made to order, I can't accept returns for change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or there's a fault with the printing, contact me within 7 days with a photo and I'll reprint or refund it.
Who holds the copyright to the images?
All photographs are © Adam Mirani. Buying a print is for personal display only — the images may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Can I request a photograph I don't see, or a custom size?
Possibly — I have more work than is shown here, and some sizes can be produced on request. Use the Contact page to ask and I'll let you know what's available.
How should I care for my print?
Keep prints out of direct sunlight and away from damp to preserve the colours over time. If framed with glass, dust gently; for unframed prints, handle by the edges with clean, dry hands.
